Burn The Witch - Miss Selfridge cobalt blue dress and Next Chelsea shoes.

As I'm very much a grown up now (hmmmph!) my friends and I are shimmying out for food and wine tonight for a casual Thursday.
When deciding what to wear I thought I'd have a real rummage through my wardrobe and check out what I actually have in there. I managed to find this Miss Selfridge pleated dress I bought so so long ago. It's a real find as the colour is a cobalt blue and I see that shade appearing everywhere right now!
The dress itself is a sleeveless short little number with a pleated upped body, the pleats are tiny and makes the top of the dress billowy in a really pretty relaxed kind of way. The waist is nipped in with quite a thick band of material and then an above the knee skirt with a frill on the bottom in the same shade and material.
I actually remember when I first saw this dress. I was out shopping and a girl walked past in this beautiful electric blue dress and I thought 'I just have to have it.' after that I stumbled into Debenhams and found it in Miss Selfridge, the exact dress I'd seen earlier that day, fate I'd say!
I wore this dress with no tights and my patent leather look Chelsea boots that were given to me as a gift for Christmas from my siblings! They are divine.
An outfit photo post will follow very shortly.
A few extra photos of my lunch yesterday, I was craving carbs when I saw people coming into work with McDonald's food. Then my tea tonight, you're never too old for eggs and soldiers!
