Commercial Breakdown - Weekends are made for relaxing.

So I'm currently typing this while watching Matilda and eating Milkybar Mini Eggs, mmmm. The art of multitasking, Saturday's that aren't like this should be banned. So before going out yesterday I spent most of my time lounging around my room in the mountain dolphin t-shirt I acquired many years ago.
Now I'm in the post cocktail recovery period. I felt fine enough yesterday to even post a blog but I was maybe more merry than I originally thought and now I feel more than a smidgen of self pity!
Anyway, today I ventured into town with my mam, I was hoping I could finally take the Docs off my feet for a more delicate type of shoe but when I woke up this morning a fresh covering of snow meant this was certainly not the case.
So on I threw an old t-shirt dress I bought from Topshop before I was even 18 I believe, thick tights, no jewellery, navy crombie and Docs. What a treat.
There wasn't much I wanted but my mam wanted me to check out some perfume with her so we ventured to the city centre. I'll follow this word sensation with some photos of my little purchases.
I rarely go into Dorothy Perkins but I went in today and ended up buying some pretty sweet workwear, a navy dress with a black crochet collar and black waistband, it's pretty sweet and when I eventually get around to applying for a graduate job I will need it!
Other than that I just bought silly little things, a packet of Milkybar Mini Eggs, of which there are about 3 left and plastic champagne flutes so we don't require any glass to be carried with us to Scotland. Along with these I saw a really sweet little packet of heart shaped jellies from Marks & Spencer that I think I'll pop in with my boyfriends Valentines gift as a bit of a cheesy little touch!
When we were in M&S my mam and I decided that we would indulge in a dine in for 2 meal. I was almost salivating at the desert section!
We've gone for cod and tomato bake with potato rosti as our main followed by hazelnut and caramel blondies, wow oh wow. I'll post photos of the finished article and thoughts on the taste when we eat. Along with this was a bottle of wine, I only drink red and don't really drink in the house anyway so my mam got a cheeky bottle of white with it!

My iPad cover came today, it's by TeckNet if I'm correct, it's so cute the only issue I have is that I couldn't get the screen protector on, I'm a bit fingers and thumbs when it comes to things like that, I also find the magnet is not as strong as I'd like but other than that it's great and my iPad looks very smart in it. This Also means I can finally make my iPad mobile, I'm now officially going to be one of those people sitting in chain coffee shops on my iPad!

I also received another special little delivery, the off the shoulder top I ordered from ASOS, I'm still waiting for the other items to arrive but I placed two separate orders. Anyway, I've tried it on and it looks really good, actually better than it does in the picture. Is quite long though and I'm not sure how I feel about that although pulled down full length with some thick tights it actually makes a pretty fierce bodycon dress! I'll review this soon and no doubt it will take centre stage in an outfit post very soon!

I'm also throwing in a picture of a bottle of Fairy washing up liquid, possibly my most domesticated purchase ever, I felt it was necessary since it was only £1 and it's such a cute old school bottle!
I also tried red onion and chive bagels today, what a taste sensation. I could never give up carbs. Woe to me!
