Sleep Paralysis - Simple Derma Moisturiser and Soap & Glory Face Clarity.

I figured as I've done nothing much and simply jumped from work to bath to bed this eve I'd use tonight to post about a few of the products I've been using of late.

The first being a moisturiser in the Simple Derma range. It's referred to as an intensive relief lotion, I bought this as I'd been using the hydrating moisturiser from the generic Simple range when I went into a store for the facial wash and discovered this. I have a major issue with dry skin on my face so had my fingers tightly crossed that it would work some magic. I am one of those forgetful individuals that all to often sleep with her make up on and forgets to moisturise altogether and I feel this may have hindered the result of this product significantly. I do feel it has had an impact as I use it before applying make up and before going to sleep and I find that once my makeup is applied I have that nice dewy look to my skin. After a few forgetful days over the new year period I definitely noticed my dry skin creeping back so it's effects aren't very long lasting with me but I understand that this would be the same with any sort of moisturising product! The lotion itself is very thick and I find a little goes a long way, and while I imagine with being simple it has no fragrance I do find it to have a strange scent, nothing unpleasant though! All in all a good product and I would recommend it, for the morning glow if nothing else!

Product number two is a little Soap & Glory number, it's their Face Soap & Clarity. To be honest face soap is something I've only recently started using, I tend to have very sensitive skin and daren't use any sort of soap on my face but when I saw this I figured I'd give it a shot. The packaging most definitely enticed me! So this soap/cleansing lotion product I found to be pretty good, it smells nice and fresh, I'm not sure quite what the scent is meant to be but I like it, and the lotion is a nice gel like consistency with little foaming bead type morsels in it. The packaging of all Soap & Glory products tends to be very appealing and this is no different, the gel is a kind of aqua blue colour and the beads are pink. I found it to have make my skin soft and the freshness kind of makes me feel like I've just had a shower, pretty weird but true! It didn't make me breakout either so that is most definitely a bonus!
