While I'm not doing much tonight and am currently lazing in bed in a post work need my bed kind of daze I figured I'd thrust upon you some of the absolute gems I've found on two of the most fantastic online shops. Notably two fantastic online shops I have yet to purchase from as I am yet to dabble with the whole Paypal concept!
These websites are OASAP and ROMWE.
I shall begin in this post with OASAP.
WORSTED DRESS WITH CHIFFON RAGLAN.
The first picture is of an item described as a dress, although I am yet to see anyone wearing this and I would love to adorn myself with it I do question it's length for a dress, asymmetrical I'm fine with, obscene I am not. It's beautiful though and I love it in this colour. I think if you get the sizing right it could be absolutely stunning! As you'll come to learn, I have a thing for a contrast collar!
COLOUR BLOCK PUFF CUFFED PRIMER DRESS.
I purposely did not spell the first word the American way. You'll notice from the close up of the pink dress this is a knitted fabric, I'd love to see this up close to see what it really looks like, I will be snapping this up in pink as soon as the colour becomes available, black is probably a little too much considering I've just bought that ASOS number! The thing I like so much about this dress is the triple collar, it's so unique and I think if it's sewn well it could look amazing, a simple but striking garment.
HIGH COLLAR LACE TOP VELVET DRESS.
I pretty much fall in love with anything velvet and this is so Victorian I could not resist, the lace detailing and the claret hue. Oh my word need I say much more?
COLOUR BLOCK TURNDOWN COLLAR BLOUSE.
I stumbled upon this almost by accident and was somewhat bedazzled, I have a serious addiction to monochrome! There's few times in my life that I've ever wished my hair was a different colour but when it comes to monochrome I almost wish my hair was black as night and my skin as pale as snow, this look with the stoniest of gazes would make for a killer combination. I found this blouse to be so fantastic, the black detail adds a much needed edge to a relatively plain shirt, it is pre-sale however so unavailable yet and a bit pricey may I say! An absolute find though!
CONTRAST COLOUR SINGLE BREASTED SLIM SHIRT.
Another bit of monochrome for you lovelies and again playing into my Wednesday Addams dreams. Nothing much needs to be said here, I find the fit very flattering, although it says slim it seems very loose and with a pair of leather trousers would look an absolute dream.
CONTRAST COLOURED OPENWORK FLOWER PATTERN BLOUSE.
I've never really seen anything like this so it really caught my eye as I was perusing the site, the little cut-outs on the collar are so dainty and really add a feminine edge to an item with a very masculine colour palate. I think the contrasting white layering under the colour is a very cute detail and really makes this blouse look special. A perfect day to night piece.
ONE SHOULDER ASYMMETRIC BATWING SLEEVE T SHIRT
So classic, looking at the item itself it would not catch any attention just hanging on a rail, on the model is where this garment really comes into its own, absolutely beautiful. A gorgeous maroon colour and the asymmetric detail is just wow. Very elegant and I adore it.
WHITE AND BLACK PANTS.
Again with the monochrome! I've wanted trousers like these for ages and these seem a better fit than the Zara numbers I initially considered purchasing. I almost delved straight into buying these when I saw them before work this morning but the material stopped me. Flax! It was the close up photograph that made me reconsider when I realised the harshness of the material. I would love to see these on in person as the material has really put me off but the still look divine in the photographs! These are beautiful and really on it with the current trends.
On a positive note however, I did today manage to satisfy my black and white whims a little bit, with some H&M cropped trousers that are an absolute joy to behold! Post to follow soon!
