Lounge Act - ASOS Wednesday dress.

So after a brief blogging hiatus the chilly snow filled eve has led me to a quick post to let you guys in on what I've been doing!
Not much would be the accurate answer to that, work, avoiding snow, work, avoiding snow... I think you see where I'm going with this.
I hate snow.
I am leaving the house for more than just work this eve though, I'm going to view the new Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie, I hope it's scary I love a good horror and if I'm choosing this over Les Miserables and it's rubbish I will most certainly be a very sour lady.
Tonight I am wrapping up against the weary weather. It's very much freezing and I am always chilly so I need layers!
I will post pictures tomorrow but here goes, I will first be adorning myself with my gorgeous sequin t shirt I purchased from Topshop and mentioned in a previous post, with this I will be throwing on a pair of my trusty tight feel leggings, super thick and comfy, along with some black shorts to protect my modesty!
On top I will be layered up with a paisley vintage shirt and my Next crombie coat that my lovely mother acquired for me after spying it around Christmas time, I love mam treats! Naturally, as my big green festival wellies are probably slightly inappropriate considering I'm having a night at the cinema and the snow doesn't touch the sides of the city centre I will be pulling on my Dr Martens. Mittens, scarf and Pom Pom hat are a certainty although they require no detail!
A quick note to also tell you lot about the lovely item I'm awaiting the arrival of! I spied on ASOS this very day the Wednesday Addams dress of my little goth girl dreams! I immediately snapped it up and can't wait for it to arrive. I already own a Wednesday type skater dress with 3/4 sleeves with white contrast collar and cuff detail, an amazing Primark find which made me gasp for days after seeing! This new one however is adorable, it's a completely different shape, a shift, with long relatively sheer sleeves and it is simply divine, I will create a more detailed post on this when I receive it!
